Good doctors, patient portal sucks big time, iphone app allows messaging, web app messaging was removed. Exorbitant wait times to speak with staff or get a call back. quality experience with the doctors is ruined by the support mechanism. Very frustrated, and it's needless. I see zero improvement in the villages to centerwell transition
The doctor was great very up front and has great bedside manners. I liked him a lot.
