RecommendedBeautiful, well kept property. The staff takes concerns of residents seriously, and seems to genuinely care.
They claim damages when you leave and dont have proof. Then they ignore you and never get back with you
It was fine when we lived there but moving out has been a nightmare. Almost a month after we moved we got there list of damages. They charged us over $600 to completely replace the carpet in the two-story townhouse we rented. Carpet that was already 5 years old. They said we cut it and we disagreed asking to see pictures. At first we tried to be nice thinking maybe we over looked something, they said they would email us the pictures. Nothing. The staff is really good. Close to shopping center. Maintenance staff are very quick and friendly. Very nice apartment.Overall stay is very good.
I've lived here for a little over a year. The neighborhood feels safe, fairly quiet, and is made up of mostly families or couples. I love how it's close to shopping and pet friendly. Maintenance is quick and helpful, and they have a free pool and gym which is an added bonus!
