Unit wasn’t cleaned, rat infested, and smells like undone and has rat poop all in it on move in day. Had to fight for anything to be done and still currently not addressed. On campus staff did little to nothing till I continued to push. Currently opening a case with the health department to try to get them to address it as they refuse to come do anything. DO NOT STAY HERE
PARENTS BEWARE!!!! We have had a horrible experience. Townhouse had water seeping through the floor for months. Black mold growing up the walls and in the cabinets. Finally after I drive 3 hours and confront them they moved the boys out to temporary housing until it's repaired. Numerous medical bills from the BLACK MOLD!
This is my second year living at The Villages, and I’ve resigned my lease for next year. The luxurious, spacious townhomes, good management, low prices, all inclusive utility package, and the excellent maintenance team is what makes me resign my lease!

The townhouse are pretty great and the staff are friendly. Parking is not the best depending on where you are, but the nice club house makes up for it! Would definitely recommend staying here. Just a bit far from Clemson's campus.
I love living at the villages! I have lived here for two years now and each year they keep getting better! I love all of the new additions and our new logo. My favorite part about living here is having all of my friends here too!
