Pros: Loved the community. It was safe. Had no bug problem. Cons: Maintenance takes 3-4 weeks to come by and take a look at the issue. When we ended our lease we were charged extra for utilities which we did pay every month along with the rent. Still we were charged and when we called up the office and asked they said some stories stating they purchased this property by 2016 and details of year 2015 are not with them. We asked them to refund(for which we already did pay), and they said they are not going to do it. Too b... read more
Horrible customer service ! Manager showed middle fingers and I have a picture of it ! All apartment is under the water just because someone upstairs is using a water . On my SOS calles no one answered and also manager said you can still live there ......... make your own judgment!
