Susan from the front office and Allen from maintenance were lifesavers. My AC broke and Susan was so sweet, offered helpful advice got someone in 10 mins before their office closed. Allen was so amazing and thorough and even brought a portable ac since ours was not working! They were both so kind and helpful they deserve raises!!, Thank you again!!
Office CONTINUES to screw things up. My cat died 6 MONTHS AGO. Apparently when my fiance came in to the office and TO THEIR FACES told them we had no pets BECAUSE THEY DIED, it "didnt get passed up to accounting", and so they CONTINUED TO CHARGE US PET RENT. I've lived here for quite some time and have generally been satisfied, but recent experiences with the pool opening have been very disappointing. The promised opening dates have repeatedly changed without effective communication, impacting my plans significantly. The pool was the main reason I chose to live here instead of another place. I don’t even know where to start. I moved out of the villages at General Grant almost a month ago after living there for two years with my college roommates. We were so excited to live together in our first apartment. When we moved in, a maintenance man told me that they weren’t ready for us as they finished replacing our blinds. There were no smoke detectors in our apartment when we moved in (which tells me that it had not been properly inspected prior to us moving in.)
