quality of living is not even close to price you have to pay
I have lived here about 2.5 years, and the first 2 or so I had no issues or complaints. The last 6+ months have been horrible. I think there may have been turnover in their office, or at least I hope that’s the explanation because this is so disappointing. First, they charge me for a lapse in my renters insurance, even though I had proof from my own documentation as well as my State Farm representative reaching out on my behalf, this issue was basically resolved when they said yeah we added the fee and we’re not changing it ... read more
I've lived here for quite some time and have generally been satisfied, but recent experiences with the pool opening have been very disappointing. The promised opening dates have repeatedly changed without effective communication, impacting my plans significantly. The pool was the main reason I chose to live here instead of another place. I would have given this place 4 or even 5 stars, but this ongoing issue has made me reconsider. I will gladly update my rating once these problems are resolved.
Kimberly put in work orders for my sinks and air conditioning. The maintenance crew did a great job fixing them. The staff here are friendly and communicate well.
