I have been going through HELL to get into an apartment with these people. I applied for a 3 bedroom unit, was declined, then was sent an email for me to apply through OneApp Guarantee; who stated once I paid the deposit, I was good to go. Once I paid my fees, Ladarious emailed me asking what unit I was interested in. Immediately I was taken aback because what????? I proceeded to say a 3 or 4, he says they have no 4's. I say I can take a 3, he says they don't have a 3 so they'll put me in a 4. He then emails back a week late... read more

Horrible!! Do not move there. My bf lives at the Villages at Carver and has had incomplete maintenance work orders for months to years! Maintenance will tell you they have to order a part or they'll come back and don't. Cars get broken into or stolen on a regular basis. They have signs up for renovated apartments when most of the apartments look abandoned and trashed.
