Dr. Achilles is a caring, calm, and knowledgeable therapist. I'm so grateful to have found her! She has a calming presence and gentle way of focusing on solutions. She focuses on mindfulness which is something I truly needed and still need. She also gives practical suggestions and brings it all back to practicing good self-care. Dr. G Achilles was a true Angel in my life when I was truly in need of a therapist and counselor. Dr Achilles helped me get through a major traumatic and disabling time for me.
