After years of taking my cat here, I went in to make an appointment for my elderly cat who is clearly experiencing pain. I was refused service after politely requesting an appointment with a different doctor than MONICA MURPHY, who was unprofessional and discompassionate at my last appointment. The receptionist told me that this was because I gave the same first initial as someone who left a negative yelp review about the same issue- a review that I had not written, but certainly will write now.
I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped my sweet kitty before, during, and after her procedure! From the moment I made the appointment, I knew The Village Veterinarian had an incredibly compassionate and thorough team. Plus, a BIG shout out to Nina who went out of her way to bring a forgotten medication right to my home! My little lady is resting tonight and I have no doubt that she'll make an excellent recovery. So much love to all of you. ��
I've been going to The Village Vet for 12 years. Dr Moscovich takes wonderful care of us and everyone who works there is very kind and helpful.
Everyone works together to help you feel welcome and at ease when your fur baby is sick. I'm so happy that they are in the neighborhood!
dr oz and his staff are compassionate and true animal lovers. the care and support they have given to my 4 legged family is beyond call and we just love them for that. Not forgetting I'm a fan o their conventional methods mixed with holistic.
This is the best vet in NY...and the staff is amazing
