THIS OFFICE HAS SOME SERIOUS ISSUES. Dr Smith is fantastic. Great bedside manner, thorough, and will take the time to speak to you about the best options for your animal. It’s unfortunate that his office is so disorganized. I recently adopted a 10-year old cat, and took her there because she was having issues with her teeth. Dr. Moscowitz (at the Village Veterinarian) showed amazing tenderness and notably extreme thoroughness in his care for my Lucy. It was only matched by his great sense of humor and manner with me, Lucy's mom. I have heard it from other people that your record keeping is bad, but now I experienced it first hand. You have charged my Credit Card without my permission because you put my card on file ( without my permission) when I once paid for someone's animal. I want my refund now.
They were so kind in rushing Lil puppy miracle to help her, but she didn't make it, they were so kind, thank you again for trying to save her and treating her so gently
Dr Moskovitz is the best vet. He treats the animals with compassion and really loves them and they love him back. Not always a pleasure when animals get sick but Dr Oz makes it bearable. Thanks. Janet Wolfman and pets
Village Veterinarian has taken excellent care of my two pets for 8 years. They know us when I call, everyone at the office shows genuine personal concern for my pets and goes out of their way to accommodate us when we need it.
