I couldn't in good conscious recommend The Village on the Preserve to anyone. I like the location and the pool/clubhouse & landscaping are beautiful and very well maintained. Unfortunately, that is where I found the positives end. The units are poorly built, which is hard to tell without living in them. RecommendedThe Professional landscaping is the Best! The walking trail offers beauty in every season!
I love living at the Village on the Preserve! It is so comfortable, the landscaping is amazing and the apartments are beautiful. It is close to shopping, restaurants, lakes and parks. An amazing walking trail goes all the way around the complex! The office staff and maintenance personnel are always friendly and courteous. Looking forward to another fun summer by the pool!

Well managed, well maintained, quiet.
I have lived here for over a year and I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. The apartments are beautiful and I love the garage access. The pool and gym facilities are a great bonus. The staff is always professional and ready to help. The property itself is beautifully landscaped and breath taking during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. We’ve had a harsh winter and the maintenance crew is great about having everything cleared and ready to go for us.
Lived here 2yrs plus...Great location at both preserve and the pines, nice newer apartments with great leasing office staff...Excellent snow removal!!
