Only live here if you want to deal with issues and do your own maintenance. It will take a week to get even a simple task done like change kitchen light bulbs so you will have to cook in the dark for that time. Hopefully the winter is not a cold one because you will deal with bursting pipes all over the place. Apartment is very old and has not been maintained. Not worth the money savings compared to other apartments close by.
Very nice complex!! The maintenance team is awesome!!! The leasing office employees are sweet and awesome!! This is a wonderful community and I would recommend it to everyone!
I have really enjoyed living in these apartments. They are in a nice area that's pretty quiet and homey. The community is dog friendly which I love and they have been very accommodating. I also recently overlooked a detail on my lease and they helped me get everything sorted out the way I needed it to be. Friendly, helpful staff. I would reccomend.
Very nice complex, we have seniors, a lot of younger residents, maintenance is great, very nice leasing agents. Lots of dogs and everybody obey the regulations. Bags are provided and plenty of baskets to place the doggie bags.
This was an excellent place to live. Maintenance was prompt, ladies in the office were wonderful only reason I am not renewing my lease is because I purchased a house!
