Sadly, i was unable to give this community zero stars. I have lived in many different apartment communities over the last 10 years. This is by-far the worst of them. I lived on North Avenue at point. Chartleytowne makes North Ave. look like a paradise. I am very clean and maintained my household as such; however, i had to deal with tons of pest issues. There were many mice & roaches. My A/C didn’t work work weeks/months at a time. I had a new born child at the time so you can imagine how hard it was as a father to figure out... read more
