I would give this place 0 stars if I could. There is a clear lack of proper management, especially with the manager, Jose. I am constantly told that he is only in the office until 5 PM, yet every time I go to the office, I’m informed that he is not there and that his schedule is inconsistent. It seems he leaves whenever he wants, and on top of that, the office phone is rarely answered, which is extremely frustrating for residents who need assistance. It's ok I live there however we could use some actual lighting in the entrance especially where it shows the sign the village we need more up keep in the surrounding areas other than that everyone and everything is good and nice
This park is going from bad to worse. Management decided they were no longer going to use Waste Management Services for trash and recycling pick up services. According to them it’s saving the residents money but our rent is still the same so most likely is them saving money, yet we have the worst trash pick up services I have ever come across in this country.
