It's ok I live there however we could use some actual lighting in the entrance especially where it shows the sign the village we need more up keep in the surrounding areas other than that everyone and everything is good and nice
This park is going from bad to worse. Management decided they were no longer going to use Waste Management Services for trash and recycling pick up services. According to them it’s saving the residents money but our rent is still the same so most likely is them saving money, yet we have the worst trash pick up services I have ever come across in this country. el área de este mobile home village es bueno . pero cada vez hay más restricciones en este parque de mobile homes , empezando con la🚩 (1) grúa que pasa sin previo aviso y no puedes tener una fiesta de cumpleaños con invitados por miedo a que se lleven tu carro🚩 (2) las piscinas casi siempre están cerradas y según pagamos un extra para poder utilizarla🚩 (3) para que los botes con basura 🚮 sean recojidos por el camión de la basura de la ciudad hay que pagar $200 extras y si no tenemos que ver donde meter la basura y eso es... read more
Villas Park MHP resident. Suggestion to solve the garbage problem. I suggest adding a fair charge for our residents of this community for the extra payment for garbage so that the trucks pick up the garbage as it was previously done before implementing your new system…It doesn't have to be difficult to talk to residents
