The waitress was no personable at all. It took an hour to get our food and they were not busy at all!!! My husband had the shrimp scampi and it had no flavor at all. I had the mates platter and that wasn’t much better. For the price it was not worth it. We have not been there in years and wanted seafood. My suggestion save your money.!!

You HAVE GOT to try the Shepard's Pie!!! Soooo amazing. Appetizer menu is also spot on. Food came out so quickly(and very generous portions). My husband enjoyed every bite of his Haddock special. Compliments to the chef and the fantastic wait staff!

I feel the food was over priced and not the best quality... tasted like canned tomato sauce with very few spices added... no plans of returning.

Dinned at the Village Inn last evening with Don and Bev. We presented a gift certificate to see if it was still good. The waitress looked at it and said she had never seen one like it. The manager Belinda Vallee cane over with a smile on her face and said of course they will honor it. Belinda explained that it was probably about 30 years old and she loves it when someone does bring one in. We were delighted to hear the history of the restaurant. The food was excellent. It had been a long time since any of us had been there. ... read more
