I joined The Village Family Services with a positive outlook, but my experience quickly deteriorated with the onset of the pandemic. My anxiety was reached crippling levels for the first time because of the company's dismissive attitude towards safety protocols, inconsistent mask-wearing by colleagues, and a general disregard for the seriousness of the situation. My son and I are receiving therapy here but the employees are careless they switched my sons therapist and he’s bhi and is terrible I’m so unhappy with them they are not very helpful the wrap team is just not helping out
