I love living here! The office is amazing! Love the coffee bar! Such a quiet neighborhood to live in and they offer fun events & things to do and love the ducks also love office staff friendly and fun and understanding. Elaina and Anna and rest of team and also the free coffee😎😎
I moved into The Village Bend about a year ago and it is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! I have bounced all around DFW with apartments in Dallas, Richardson, and Plano and feel like I have experienced every apartment horror story there is (flooding, no AC, bugs, a literal car driving through my wall), and it feels so good to not have to worry about any of that here. I just renewed my lease for another year making this over 6 years now that I've lived here. The Village has a LOT to offer by way of amenities. Several bars, restaurants, putting green, pickle ball, intramural sports fields, a gorgeous 2 story gym and country club with resort style pool. They even book rising DJ's for our summer parties! Elena at the Village bend is a pleasure to work with. Addresses maintenance issue in a timely manner. Had a incident in my apartment and it was address the very next day. Also the village amenities including the gym (village fit) and resort style pool (country club) makes feel living like being on vacation at times.
