As a whole community, the village is in a nice area. The village bend apartments specifically I would recommend NOBODY live there. You’ll run into cockroaches, bugs, and I saw a rat, yes a rat in my apartment and when I called the 24 hour maintenance line they couldn’t do anything about it. I ended up getting my own pest control to come and they said there was nothing they could do to help make amends for my payment even though I tried reaching out to them first. Run down apartments, and when you move out they make you pay for all the previous run down things that were wrong in your apartment. Would only recommend for the people and the atmosphere but even then all there activities for residents get full immediately and you can’t even enjoy the amenities. Not a good community
A friend lives in this wonderful community ❤️ if I lived in Dallas this would be my kinda place.
