rude management
Just moved here from Michigan and despite the reasons behind it, the community and staff here have been nothing short of wonderful. I feel at home and safe amongst all things. The Manager is courteous and genuine and has gone above and beyond answering all my outlandish questions. The property is maintained extremely well and the view is absolutely beautiful. I've lived here six months. The management is wonderful - professional, friendly, helpful. Everything is very well maintained and clean.
Great apartment complex- beautiful apartments and located right on a lake. Candice in the leasing office has been great- from the very beginning she was extremely organized when we came to tour and gave us tons of information that helped us make our decision. She has been great as we’ve moved in as well and is always very quick to respond if something comes up. The complex organized lots of fun events for the residents and is in a prime location. Great choice for apartments!
Rent here at your own risk. I lived at Village at Westland Cove for 3 years, always paid rent on time, and saw rent go up more than 5% every year. My final renewal? A $106/month increase — right after they offered new residents a free month’s rent. Even worse, the rate they quoted me ($1,856) was later listed for less ($1,803) before my lease even ended. Water billing is questionable. Water is billed through the complex with a $5 “convenience” fee, but as a single occupant I regularly paid $60–$70/month — including months I ... read more
