The Village at Westland cove has been our home for almost 2 years now and we love it here. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Knoxville area!
Living at the village at Westland cove has been an amazing experience so far! We are two years in and wouldn’t hesitate to renew for a third! Management is friendly, attentive, and they put on lovely events for tenants. Service requests are typically competed the exact same day you put them in! That is truly incredible. Great place with clean/updated equipment, friendly staff, and nice location being right next to the lake, where you can go kayaking/canoeing.
I’ve lived here for the past year and it has certainly been a great experience! Maintenance requests are always addressed within 24 hours and the staff members are super friendly!
