Been here since July. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone seems respectful. Had maintenance come in a couple times. They responded quickly and got the job done quickly as well. No complaints at the moment. Solid place of stay. The front office folks are super nice as well!
Not worth the price anymore. •No one cares about the environment we all share •Dog poop everywhere •Paying for amenities you can’t even use all year around because facility’s and management’s to lazy and cheap to clean/fix. •says no smoking but there’s nonstop smoking. Be prepared to smell it in your home even with the windows closed. • stairs!!

Love it here! The Village at The Vintage Ranch is a peaceful, well-kept community with friendly neighbors and a great location — close to everything yet still quiet. The leasing office was great — very friendly and made the move-in process smooth and easy. The units are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever something comes up, which makes living here even more comfortable. It would be even better with more guest parking — but overall, I’m really happy living here!
