I extremely unhappy about my recent experience as a pending tenant at this townhouse complex. A few weeks ago, I set up an appointment to view some prospective units as l am preparing to move and my meeting with Tamara went extremely well. She was gracious and personable, and most importantly, she was communicating March specials- $1,500 off of the first month's rent and 1 month of rent free upon move-in that could also be amortized across the lease term.
