Lived here for almost 4 years. Parking for guest was horrible. The complex is nice but a little overpriced. Maintenance was good if you ever had any issues.
Renewing our lease is smooth, management had informed us months ahead with the option plan and rates for renewal. Our living experience here in the Village at Vintage Ranch is just right, though there are neighbors smelling smoking weed, pathways/walkways with dog poop everywhere because some Residents are not respectful, but still we choose to renew our lease because no community is perfect!.
Love the apps they use really useful and especially for people who are busy and barely at home this is really convenient. Another good thing I like is they keep me updated with what’s going on and the status of whatever maintenance I’ve requested. So thank you for everything you guys do.
Been here since July. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone seems respectful. Had maintenance come in a couple times. They responded quickly and got the job done quickly as well. No complaints at the moment. Solid place of stay. The front office folks are super nice as well!
