Hidden fees are through the roof. Amenities are their big pull but they are always conveniently work on fixing them. Very bad customer service. Pride them selfs on making your life difficult. I’ve seen an insane amount of cars being toed from this place. Unreasonable and unable to work with management. Not many great places to live in Provo but this one is definitely one to stay away from.
I lived here for 2 years. The apartments are fine. They keep raising rent and fees. My biggest issue is with their cleaning checks over the summer and poor communication. I kept my contract over the summer, however I have not been living there this summer. Ideally, I would have been able to sell the contract but I was not able to. This was in part due to the high fees charged by the village to transfer a contract with the transfer fee and nonrefundable deposit. Management has had trouble processing my payments multiple times without me ever changing the payment method and then charging me an extra fee for it. Predatory towing and it is enforced within the minute you forget to fill out the form. Pool is decent and so is the gym. Small rooms for the price.
Why don’t your doors work?
This cash cow is definitely not worth the price. Private rooms are about as small as they can get. Management scammed me out of part of my deposit. Hallways perpetually stink because people leave their trash out there to get picked up. Ward was super lame, at least a few years ago
