Awesome amenities management is amazing and very friendly
Ive been living at the village for 1 semester now and its a great place to live. The amenities here are great and an easy way to meet people. The living area in the apartments are very spacious and great for having people over. The village has been a very social place to be living and compares well when looking at other places to live.
I wish I could give it zero stars. Hot tub never works. They’re always shutting off the plumbing. Mail box system is broken. Parking is a nightmare, the waitlist is months long and it’s overpriced. My dryer is broken and they won’t fix it. The apartments aren’t any nicer than anywhere else. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED
If you like to social, village creates lots of opportunities for that by doing monthly big events, basically for free. There are many facilities here (pool, hot tub, gym, pickle ball court). Maybe I was just unlucky, the hot tub and pool closed twice for maintenance and it took them quite a while to fix them. The rent is definitely expensive because of the facilities and events here.
