Predatory parking fees, making money off their own tenants. They have a towing system that waits ten minutes after you leave your car to drop off groceries to them tow you for $400 dollars. Considering they don’t have enough resident parking, there is no street parking and intentionally no loading/unloading zone this is knowingly predatory. To get a parking code you need it from the office which is not open on weekends.
I lived here for 1 semester and the social aspect is great. Dealing with the front office is a nightmare. Buying and selling contracts is ridiculous. There are SO many fine print details that will stab your back if you aren’t 100% aware. They’re very quick to take your money any chance they get, and very quick to dust their hands of any problems you need help with. They’re very charge fees for anything you can imagine, including a ridiculous $75 EACH MONTH for parking.
