I paid $892 for my last month of rent, about $150 over typical rent price. They made me pay for 12 months then kicked me out August 15th, when I moved in last year of the 28th. I’ve got no where to stay for 3 days until I move into my next place on the 18th. Place sucks, lots of random charges, hot tub barely works half the time. Bluetooth keys by the way 😭 also break consistently
Overpriced and theyll nickel and dime you. The place isn’t even worth what it is. It’s like 800 a month and mainly rich kids live here so they get away with doing whatever the hell they want. Not with me bro. I’m outta here in July, this place ain’t it.
They're just like any other apartment complex in Provo, just trying to steal your money and don't care about their residents at all. Management is a bunch of incompetent workers who tell you different directions or fail to communicate anything. They constantly throw loud obnoxious parties that literally shake the whole apartment complex and completely trash the courtyard. It's super embarrassing.
