If I could leave -5 stars I would. I came to this dumpy place for less than 30 minutes and parked in the clearly marked visitors parking and the car was towed. Apparently you need a digital parking permit???? Why would they require that for visitor parking??? At student housing???? Provo is soulless, the visitors parking is soulless, I now have to pay $330 to get access to my car that held my work laptop, yeti, and lipgloss. This city preys on innocent, disadvantaged kids and their family members. Think twice before visiting... read more
Staff is very nice and tries hard to be accommodating. Facility is nice and rooms are good. Only 3 Stars because if you don't have a parking spot its a nightmare everyday to try and park. You have to parked 3 and 4 blocks away sometimes. I see empty parking spots in the underground parking garage every night easily 20-30 that are not being utilized. Its very unclear on how long the waitlist works and no real definitive communication. It doesn't seem like much of priority for them in utilizing all the spots. Definitely would ... read more
