Would not recommend for a job. The residents are great. Staff is sweet. Management is horrible.

With so many children involved with decisions in regards to our mothers care moving her was not easy; however, she has gained so much living at Riverview! Seeing her participate in activities, smile, laugh, give her other looks, interact with other residents and staff this decision was right. We are truly Thankful to all of the staff and the care they extend!
My Mom resided at the Village at Riverview for 23 Months and it was a WONDERFUL experience for ALL of us. The facility is beautiful and ALL of the staff is AMAZING. The decision to place Mom in an Assisted Living Facility was a very hard decision, but within a short time, it was obvious that we had found the PERFECT fit. The facility is lovely. Always clean and inviting. I'm so glad that my mother is living somewhere that genuinely cares about her as a person and shows genuine concern for her comfort and well-being. Nobody likes having to leave their home, but I can't think of a better place for Mom to be. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be that there really needs to be a dietitian on staff. So many residents have specific dietary needs and they aren't really set up well for that.
The most caring staff I could ever imagine. Feel very comfortable with my mom in their hands.
