Melvin Clayton was the repair technician to help us fix a few issues that needed to be addressed upon move in and he was fantastic. He was very friendly and was in and out! He fixed everything we requested and gave us a few pointers.
Doors are constantly breaking, trapping people inside. Dog poop absolutely everywhere, and a constant rotting smell indoors. The rent is way higher then it has any business being. Also laundry machines break a lot and are expensive
