I have lived here for 7 years, and the long-time property manager’s name was Diana. This apartment complex belongs to SEB Realty Corp. which owns other complexes in New Jersey. I need to start from the end of my lease and then submit my objective review of this property hoping it will be helpful to any perspective renters. I vacated the unit on December 31, 2024 in very good conditions, clean, no damages nor issues (I even took a video and pictures) - “reasonable wear and tear” of 7 years was all it showed.
