Dont!!!!!!#!###!#!!##!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Look for other intermark ran properties they are multiple in the yorkcounty area. Intermark is a good company but this particular property is screwed up and management is horrible constantly random maintenance. Never any good since they let Mr Will go all because they didnt want to pay him what he is worth but bring in temps that dont know there a$$ from a hole in the ground for more than what im told he was asking.

We were invaded with spider's every time it rained or the weather changed. I was bitten several times, I even killed a wolfe spider over 2 inches long. I was told the exterminator was there every week and all the buildings were sprayed once a month. You couldn't walk thru our breezeway to our front door without seeing 2 dozens spiders and their web's. We were there 4 years and broke out lease to get out. What about there is luxurious?
