I’ve been a resident for about eight years and the outstanding star of the staff is Sam. Head of maintenance. He gets the repairs done on a timely basis and well done.
As a tenant, I've known Sam, the property maintenance supervisor, for over 10 years. He is extremely hard working, personable and dedicated to ensuring my maintenance work orders and the property upkeep are completed in a timely manner. Over the years, I've had to submit work orders, both for repairs in my unit along with any after hours lighting safety concerns. Usually, Sam or Mere (our recent maintenance person) responds within a day to make the repair. I remember during the winter electricity power outage a few years ago... read more
