Their management sucks, especially if your African American.
Love it here but wished the buildings were smoke free. I had two smokers move across the hall from me after I specifically requested to be in a smoke free zone at signing of lease due to severe lung condition.

I've lived here 3 summers and this is the best management group I've seen yet, personal but always very professional. Your maintenance crew is awesome! every call I've put in has been answered. I love all the new improvements with the swimming pool and the computer room and lounge. I like the fact that all of you seem to care about the needs of the residents here at the Village. Keep up the good work!
