I want to commend the maintenance staff, especially Josh, for resolving my hvac issue and providing me with portable AC's while the system was being worked on.
Update: I'm now being told that I have to wait until Friday for pest control. The manager is also denying that there's even an infestation, saying that I'm the first. At minimum, she's downplaying the issue. This is new construction and units are still being built. There is no way that she can honestly say that there have not been any roaches in any unit. I’m a person who doesn’t give to much reviews specifically bad reviews but this time I had to do it. If there is a zero or less stars I would give. But unfortunately there is only one star they don’t even deserve. Ooohhh my Lord what a wonderful place from outside and what a beautiful lovely houses and location. But don’t be deceived.
