While the houses are nice, and the location is great, I have never encountered a more unprofessional office and maintenance team. Saturday night our AC went out. We called the emergency line first thing Sunday morning at 7:30 AM. We didn’t receive a call back until 8:30 saying someone would be there in 20 to 25 minutes… We waited three hours with NO communication even after we called three times to confirm they were on their way. When maintenance got there they were extremely rude and didn’t give any kind of explanation as t... read more

My husband and I enjoyed two wonderful visits at Village at Golden Triangle. Our Leasing Agent, Madison, gave us plenty of time for questions, and toured us throughout the 30 acre Village. Her friendly welcome and interest in our desires added to the pleasure of our visits. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. The "cottages" are up-to-date smart homes.
