Main issues: Cockroach infestation that they deny exists...& now baby cockroaches, too, which, according to my search, means they're breeding inside my apartment, & not randomly making their way in from the outside due to the construction. Hate having to watch where I step in my apt. Trash not picked up for 3 service days (Wed, Thu, Sun). That's a total of 5 days that some have had trash out. Trash had blown onto the grass & sidewalk. This is the 1st time we have rented in years. What a wonderful surprise to have found the perfect place. The little houses are perfect. Everyone is friendly and it feels like a neighborhood rather than an apartment. The staff at Golden Triangle are friendly and very cooperative to any questions or needs. We have been living here for 7 months now and have loved everyday. The neighborhood has young and older people. We being in the older group.
