Management, Maintenance, Community We have had consistant issues with maintenance that will seem to never be fixed, issues with management communication from day one, and nosey disrespectful neighbors that are favored by management because they like to gather nonsense information, go through your trash/mail, record your children playing, and cross boundaries in your personal space. Pool stays dirty in the summer, the "gym" is in fact not a gym, and the yards are NEVER maintained. I could create a lengthy list of the problems... read more

We have lived here over a year and not had to complain about noisy neighbors, even to each other! Great office Staff, Alana gets what you need when she says she will. Mr Santana is the best Maintenance Guy ever! Work is done same day or following day of request in every case we had. I can not say enough good things about our time thus far here! Our 2 pups love it too!
Family atmosphere, amazing office and maintenance staff and a beautiful community! I love calling The Village at Creek Meadows my home!
