Terrible experience. Staff acts nice when you first meet to lease after that all they want is your money. We had issues with breaking our lease. Kevin stated he did not receive any emails because his email was down and told us he would write down the date to begin the break in lease and said he didn’t remember any of this conversation and wrote nothing in his notes. I lived at village of cobblestone for a year. Kevin was the gentlman that I delt with. When I moved into the apt. It had never been cleaned, and I had to clean out previous tenants trash and dirt. When I was at the office I was asked how I was liking the apt. I advised the woman not so much since you can't bother to have it cleaned and was told well the cleaning crew doesn't always open drawers and cabinets. This review would probably have a lot higher score if the leasing office used honesty in their sales tactics. When I asked on the call for scheduling a tour, I was quoted with one price. When I showed up for the tour, the rep Caleb, who is a nice enough guy, spent the whole time pushing me on his most expensive unit immediately available and then proceeded to quote me almost $300 more for a one bedroom than the amount he had told me the day before on the phone. My unit was filthy when I moved in.. bugs everywhere (gaps in the door which lets them right in) thick dust on vents, brown stains on carpets. Water damage stains on my ceiling that wasn't even painted over.. neither were all the walls. There was actual old pee in my toilet when I moved in and pee stains all over my toilet seat so I had to clean the toilet and replace the lid. They said they'd replace my cabinet fronts but they never did. Don't move anywhere near the 24/7 gym because it'll feel like an earthquake constantly ... read more
