I enjoy my peace on the 3rd floor. When I applied she didn’t tell me that it was a 3rd floor apartment without a washer and dryer connection. I had already put in the app fee as well as a deposit so I didn’t have time to wait for a townhome. I’ve had a few problems with roaches. They are pretty bad. Coming from residents moving out I guess. Also with the air. They have been punctual in coming in and fixing things. Overall I’m satisfied.
Always trying to go up on rent but doesn’t do anything to keep the buildings nice and clean parking lot have so many pot holes you will think you on a six flags ride then they turn off the water saying they fixing something it’s going on 9 pm someone tell me what you fixing the dark this place I give a zero if I could
Roaches due to numerous leaks coming from upstair apartments , very UKNOWLEDGEABLE maintenance worker & random fees!
For the most part, I enjoy living here. I have seen many managers come and go as well as tenants. Some tenants needed to go being that they had trouble surrounding them. I do appreciate the prompt response to maintenance and their ability to problem solve issues. Still some room for improvement. As with all things. But yes...pretty cool living here.
