It's a nice complex, the apartments are spacious and the amenities are nice. The pool just got some upgrades, plenty of parking, the common area is really nice and you can reserve it for parties, and they just got a whole bunch of new landscaping done. Maintenance stays on top of requests and really makes sure anything you need fixed gets done quickly. Good people here, good community. You definitely get what you pay for.

I have been living here for a while and its great! The complex is kept up with well and the apartments are cozy. The dog park is fantastic to have and the community is very nice. The clubhouse is also sparkling and you can tell a lot of love and care is put into the complex by management and staff.
I have called this apartment home for well over 16 months, and we've generally found it to be a good community. Unfortunately, our living experience is constantly overshadowed by a persistent and frustrating mouse problem. The maintenance team is responsive and tries their best, but despite their efforts, we're caught in a cycle: we report mice, they take action, and then the mice return. We've caught more than 35 mice ourselves, and it's an ongoing battle that truly detracts from an otherwise good living situation
My family and I have been here for almost two years. We enjoy being here for the spacious apartments, the dog friendly neighborhood, and the ability to get anywhere quickly. The team is quick about getting repairs done and Mike really wants to build a community here with the residents. They have big plans for his place, and I enjoy being here!
