I just wanted to give a positive review to Mike and his son Tristan. They do amazing work with keeping up our property as well as quickly and efficiently responding to maintenance requests. They have been out in the storm doing all they can for hours and hours to keep our parking lot, sidewalks, and entrances clear and safe. Also Lindsay our property manager is wonderful. She’s so caring and helpful as well as a calm presence. I greatly appreciate you all and I truly love my beautiful apartment and location.
This has been my Home since built . I seen lots of Upkeep and better quality in new ownership. In past few years we received A live -on sight maintenance man and family. Whom stepped up the game for our community. He ( Michael) goes above and beyond to support us all. Taking time to even help residents/ neighbors.
It's a nice complex, the apartments are spacious and the amenities are nice. The pool just got some upgrades, plenty of parking, the common area is really nice and you can reserve it for parties, and they just got a whole bunch of new landscaping done. Maintenance stays on top of requests and really makes sure anything you need fixed gets done quickly. Good people here, good community. You definitely get what you pay for.
Great experience living here! The community is great and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Property is well maintained and clean. Good location and amenities.
