I have called this apartment home for well over 16 months, and we've generally found it to be a good community. Unfortunately, our living experience is constantly overshadowed by a persistent and frustrating mouse problem. The maintenance team is responsive and tries their best, but despite their efforts, we're caught in a cycle: we report mice, they take action, and then the mice return. We've caught more than 35 mice ourselves, and it's an ongoing battle that truly detracts from an otherwise good living situation
My family and I have been here for almost two years. We enjoy being here for the spacious apartments, the dog friendly neighborhood, and the ability to get anywhere quickly. The team is quick about getting repairs done and Mike really wants to build a community here with the residents. They have big plans for his place, and I enjoy being here!
As a current resident of the enclave I must say I am deeply in love with the experience of living here, my husband and I thought we would have trouble downsizing from a house to an apartment but this place is extremely beautiful, clean , well kept ! The amenities keeps getting better! Lindsey is so amazing , she is very friendly , very attentive. Her and Mike keeps this place immaculate! I’m so glad we found this place. I can’t believe it’s already been over a month since I moved in! Lindsey, Seth and Michael have been absolutely amazing. They’ve made the whole experience easy. Everything is so well-maintained, and they’re incredibly quick to fix anything that pops up. Honestly, it’s top-notch living here! I’m loving every moment!
