Had a toilet overflow above me this morning, and it was raining toilet water in several places. This was around noontime. It's now 2:51, and the rugs have been shampooed, the walls cleaned and disinfected. Everything back in it's place. Thank you Nanette, and especially John, who came on his day off to rescue me. I'm very thankful and grateful to be here in this place, with a team that cares, and responds quicker than any owners I've ever had.
I have been living at the VILLAGE for 3 yrs now,I have never lived in such a peaceful ,clean, inviting place. The personal, are so good.. something breaks they are there the same day!! There is a workout area,BIG community room, bbque grills thru out the grounds . Doggie stations ,camaras for your protection. I love it!! I'm safe here.
Feeling fabulous and appreciative for the folks at the village. Thanks to Nanette and John. You guys go above and beyond!
