The Leasing agent was atrocious. They've had a sign outside of the building for months saying "Lease here" - The agent was on vacation until recently. They explained that the units are under renovation and wont be available "If all goes to plan" for another few months still. Why are you advertising a product you don't have access to? What sort of ludicrous sales team and model is this?
This building has SERIOUS bed bug issues. I lived here for a few years and experienced recurring infestations in my final year there despite constant treatments. I will comment management for acting quick and booking pest control there's only so much that can be done in an older building with connected plumbing and electrical if your neighbours are infested with bed bugs as well.
