We knew that my father, who was in Hospice, would need more care. He didn't want to leave his home, but acclimated to living at Horizons. The staff was a big reason for this. They were kind, caring, friendly, responsive and patient with my father. The room was nice and we were allowed to make it his own, bringing items from his own home to make him more comfortable. A beautiful place. Caring, attentive staff. Large, comfortable rooms. The central garden is a wonderful spot to get fresh air and watch the butterflies and birds.

Staff and facility is really nice but the food they were feeding the people looked rather rough.

My dad, Bob Hollar, was a patient for a couple weeks here.. Beautiful place, beautiful grounds, very well maintained! Nurse Stephanie- there are not enough thank yous for being the type of nurse that you are! You treated my dad with such love and respect. You don't find that much in the health care field anymore.
