Squaters, crime, no answers to emails or phone calls, nonworking washers, pools and gym. They do not pay ANY of the utilities. Thier adds on all the apartment websites are lies and office staff will say this or that should be up within a month thats also a lie
I agree with the customer below I went to visit a family member that lives there! They have Zero central air and they pay for it! Only one window opens in the entire 2 bedroom. And she is on the second floor! This apartment complex needs to be shut down, the management doesn’t fix anything and Renters concerns are brushed away like you get what you pay for. This rent is almost 1000 monthly how dare they have these living conditions! If you wouldn’t leave an animal in a hot car how dare you do that to a paying American! Worki... read more
This place is a dump, they will not fix anything no lights in hallway of 1400 lo Greek dr which is a safety hazard for fire and crime. Do not be fooled your not safe from crime here and roaches and mice.
