I find myself incredibly pleased with our current set up! Hannah, in the lease office, is a top notch gal. I so enjoy seeing her. Extremely grateful to the Team at The View on 20th! Since Day 1, they have been extremely helpful and supportive. For example, they helped me get an apartment last minute on Friday just before they left for the day. And throughout my stay, they’ve been responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for everything!
I often professionally help residents move into the view, and their units are really nice. I definitely appreciate their spacious parking as well. Hannah is always very helpful and friendly, and I highly recommend The View to anyone looking for a new apartment!
I lived here for three years and I really like Lacy and Dustin. The apartments are nice and well kept. First digital the ISP is second to none. 99.99% up time. Plus you can have static IP which is great. Utah is a very pro landlord state my only advice is truly read the lease and understand it before signing anywhere not just here. If you aren’t happy with lease terms, send certified mail to your legislators. Private equity owns a lot of the apartment complexes in Utah.
