So I have lived here for almost 3 years with my fiancé, and we have absolutely loved it.We love living here in it is a great environment to live in. The customer service is very good the management and maintenance team is amazing. Lacey, the manager has created an amazing environment here to live in. That is why we have stayed as long as we have. And continue to stay due to the amazing Service that she and her team provides.
I just moved into this property and have been so pleased with how professional and service oriented the staff has been. Lacy and Lachelle have been so amazing! If I have a question, they are quick to respond and so friendly. I'm very happy that I chose this apartment complex and would definitely recommend.
I have had the privilege of spending some time here because of someone I am dating that lives here. During that time I was so impressed with the property that I decided to take a tour because I will be needing my own place soon. Its a lovely community of people. Maintenance often knows people on a first name basis. The front office is courteous. I did a tour with Lacy and was extremely pleased with the professionalism and her attentiveness to detail. I toured many places and by far the View on 20th takes the cake!

I’ve recently moved in and love this place so much. Amazing apartments… a hot tub and tables and chairs and a grill. Fire bowl. Dog park. Pool table. So close to Ogden River walkway. So convenient with the green bikes and scooters. Too much to mention!
