I'm posting this because I am genuinely convinced that this apartment complex turns off air conditioning in rooms to save money during the summer. My roommates and I have submitted multiple maintenance (3+) requests through the resident portal to fix the air conditioning in our apartment. They came in to fix it once, and it worked for a day before it stopped again.
