This place is in serious need of manager replacement. What is Michelles role here Concord? What is her job description? Just sit around answer emails and play with her dog? She’s very useless here, you can pick up anybody off the street and they’ll be more useful than her I’m sure. Concord doesn’t seem to care about the residents at the view, no wonder the team here treats residents like crap.
Updated review, change of management: Though there were some issues with the new management, I’m happy to say that those issues have been resolved and it seems that everything is running smoothly as when I initially moved in. Out of all the apartments we lived in Koreatown, this one started off okay, but then got exponentially worse when the building was bought by concord properties last October and new management came in. First off, there were car break-ins in the “secure garage” and several of the residents item have been stolen. Ever since the new management, I would strongly not recommend The View Apartments in Koreatown. The biggest issue is the complete lack of professionalism from management. Communication is poor, concerns are brushed off, and follow-ups rarely happen unless you constantly push; even then concerns are still not addressed. The blame is either always pushed to previous management or yourself (tough luck answers). You can never find her. Updated review after change of management: I am so sorry to notice that after a change in management, things are not as great as they were before… a few months have passed and still there are some issues with the cleaning (finally, they have found a “contractor” to clean the carpet on the hallways) , the second elevator is consistently out of order since before Christmas (causing significant delays and discomfort) and each month there is an issue with the amount of rent… for now, it is 4 stars, hopefully they will fix these ... read more
