Rented from APT Management for a little over 3 years. This is an excellent company who actually cares about its tenants. They were always great at communicating and their apartments are very nice! I highly recommend.
Thanks for 3 great years at Southmore Court in Havertown! The property was well maintained, the apartment beautiful renovated, and management was always super responsive.
I've lived at a lot of cool places, an APT property being one of them. What sets them apart is the attention to detail and great communication. There's nothing like sending an email to your landlord and no response - not with APT.
