Basement has flooded 3 times in a year. Last time was March 2019. They are just doing repairs today 10/10/19. Property manager lies to protect herself and her job. After this year I am gone.

We moved here in 2013, because the apartments are loaded with charm - hardwood floors, beautiful molding and trim, original radiators (that get super warm and toasty in the winter). The only reason we are moving is because we bought a house. In the 5 years we've lived here, we've only had to call maintenance a few times, and they responded promptly.
