My Psych of over 10yrs recently moved to this clinic and the hoops that they have made me jump through to get an appointment -which I still don't have- leave me understanding that I need to find a new psych because this clinic does not care about patients.
My previous review of The Victoria Clinic was removed. I am reposting it because it reflects my genuine lived experience and I believe it is important that the truth is available to the public. PLEASE don’t make the mistake of going here. I’ve been here twice I know the place well & it is extremely disorganised & dismissive of any problems you may be having while staying. I got kicked out after almost completing my 4 week detox program because I had pre/prescribed medication in my room that I didn’t want to tell them about because I know how to self administer my own medicine.
