Fantastic. The nursing staff are rock stars, the psychiatrists and gp doctors and psychologists and ALL staff are great. Rooms BEAUTIFUL, food lovely .... Time - TIME!!!!!! - I LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!? When mental illness gets so bad, 4 weeks is NOT ENOUGH for SOME patients. I have seen other patients who just need a "break" and two weeks is fine. HOWEVER - WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT!!! And a lovely supportive phone call is NOT AFTER CARE My medication is STILL being checked and changed. I am worse than when I went in!!!!... read more
6 months of rubbish from Koolaratni. Dismissed all my personal info I had prepared. Took $600, for nothing. Onto random labels, she doesn't like sport, weird for someone in health, to be honest, she has no idea, I tried her, paying big money, bad swallowing tongue reaction to her advice, I believe the mental health act says I can move on, so she failed my test, I don't trust her. Departing on good terms, no longer a patient.
I am currently writing my review in detail - Stay tuned. I believe anyone who has been mistreated here has rights for a civil case and I will lead it. Human Rights to be exact… GOD is my witness, I will represent myself if I have to, justice must be served to the people... I took the time to see my GP and arrange a review for Dr Richard Bradlow - and over one week later their consulting suites could not even be bothered acknowledging receipt of this referral. When I advised via email that I was no longer prepared to attend Victoria Clinic I was told they had attempted to call me. This was on a random number not listed anywhere as being associated with their clinic (?). No follow up email or attempt to acknowledge my referral. Very confusing and frustrating. I paid almost $30,000 and admitted myself to this clinic. After one night, I asked to leave, but instead I was transferred to the Alfred Hospital under a psychiatric assessment order. This was an extremely distressing experience for me, and I have continued to feel the effects, including PTSD symptoms, difficulty finding work, and the need to apply for JobSeeker.
