Thanks to the two staff members today who helped recover a work card and Went out of their way to make sure it got returned.
Terrible. Lived here during graduate school studies. Absolutely terrible management. The building had a severe bed bug infestation and the management corporation/owners did nothing despite multiple requests for pest control services when the infestation was first discovered in a unit. Since no action was taken to resolve the issue, the infestation spread to the entire building. The corporation also lied indicating that treatment had been performed, when no such treatment occurred. The building is very clean and we'll kept. The main lobby even has a beautiful sitting area, very tastefully decorated.
