I had a good experience touring the complex with Drew. She had only been there for three days and was working a busy weekend on her own, but she handled everything really well. At one point, a non-tenant came in and was a little rude, but Drew stayed professional and handled the situation like a pro/ease. You wouldn’t have even known she was so new. I am on my 4th maintenance ticket after moving in within less than 2 weeks. I have a none draining dishwasher and a bathroom sink which leaks. Not great is an understatement.
John did an excellent job. I submitted the request this morning and it was done by the time I got home from work.
I’ve toured Vickery twice now, and both times I was really impressed with everything about the property. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great, and overall it seems like a wonderful community. I would definitely consider living here. My only concern, and the reason I wanted to leave this feedback, is the elevators. On both of my visits, the elevators were noticeably dirty, and during my most recent tour there was dog urine on the elevator floor. I was all set to co-sign a 13 month lease at a nearby apartment complex for my son and daughter in law that they had picked out (both med school students). I toured that complex and was less than impressed with both the facility, and the guy that helped me. I had one day to find a better option, and stumbled upon The Vickrey - glad I did! Halston was able to give me a tour, then my daughter in law met us there, and Halston was kind enough to give her a 2nd tour.
