I've been with Vicious for over a year now and absolutely love the instructors and the people - great place to work-out, even for a beginner like me!
First spin class this am at 5:30AM "perfect time for crazy" Deb was an energetic instructor !
Great Gym , Great Atmosphere , and of course Amazing Staff ! Highly recommended !
I challenge anyone to find a spinning studio that have the expertise, patience, professional, encouragement all for ME! No matter which instructor they have their own routine. When I started I said oh she is good! Next oh she is good too! And the next , and next, etc. 2 months so far of classes and I will not give up!! Jane
Had my first workout at Vicious Cycle on Friday and it was great! I used to do spin classes that were available through my gym but this was so much better. Prior to riding, they helped me determine what was the best settings for the bike, and even better it will be kept in my profile so I know when I go back. It was my first time back to exercising after a long break (baby) and I was very nervous... I kept telling myself just do one more set and then all of a sudden she said there is only 4 minutes left.
