Mar 1 2026 Very friendly and compassionate staff and providers. Unfortunately, communication issues and misunderstandings necessitated my seeking a new provider. This is the first time I've had to do this and it's painful. These are good kind people. I'm really glad I had the opportunity to meet and work with them. I had an appointment here and had to cancel because I was unable to make it. I called 3 times to try and inform them, but no answer . A few weeks later, I get a letter saying I was being charged $100 for a no call no-show. SCAM !
I will say I’ve previously given this place a 5 star review. The providers themselves are fantastic and really care about you and want to help you. I’ve referred several people here based on my experience. However, I think they should really reconsider some of their office policies and how it comes off to patients. I called today to schedule an appointment to speak with my provider about weight loss medications. Visit and care was great, but I told my dr I needed my prescription submitted cause I was out and she was suppose to send it and my pharmacy said they never got it, so now have to wait till Monday to find out why and miss my injection cause of it.
