Beautiful apartment. We had my daughter’s gender reveal in their party room and it was perfect.
Came in today to ask questions about what the application and credit score process was and got answers to my questions. I am putting in a one star review because when entering the leasing building the two women on staff seemed annoyed with me when I entered the leasing building. I leave this review because management is absolutely horrible for maintenance requests. Ever since I moved in a year ago my washer/dryer unit has had problems and lately the dryer is not functional at all and after repeatedly putting service requests in (for a month now) they have not fixed the issue leaving me with a huge inconvenience. I pay a pretty penny to live here and maintenance or customer service is not a priority or taken seriously. The new manager hides in her office and has made the 2 girls her messenger. Now I hear Greystar is the new owner and it all makes sense🤦♂️ The pool situation is ridiculous, glad I don’t use it that often. The problem I see is all the grills on balconies. I agree with the tenant who said “no rules enforced” they email you to death with rules,then do nothing.
