The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and always helpful with answers to questions. The amenities are nice and work orders are typically handled the same day. I appreciate the great communication and enjoy these apartments.

Do not move here!!!! It is a complete rip off and a waste of time. We kept our place spotless and we still had a terrible roach problem. There was black mold as well. That's not even the bad part. We had to wait 6 months for them to fix our a/c and there was a huge crack in the flooring underneath the carpet. On top of that there was huge water damage in our ceiling. We had problems the whole year we were there and I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to move here. Long story short... This place sucks ...
Don't be fooled by the shiny new paint, this place is horrible! We have had plumbing issues since we moved in and they have not fixed it. Maintence is INCREDIBLY rude to you if you try and ask them to look at anything else. The reason this place as so much open availability is because while they're so busy fixing up the cosmetics of this place they are neglecting SO many current residents !!! Don't MOVE IN HERE !!!
Don't waste your time here. Please note, multiple of our neighbors have talked to us about black mold and while we have not experienced that I think it is important to point out since it has been said to be by at least five people. The biggest issue is that when things go wrong good luck getting it fixed. Today the apartment office was open at 10. We went in and told them our kitchen was flooded. We went back at 3 no one was there and the time thing said "be back at 1." Office closes at 5. We went back at 4:30 still no one. ... read more
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. AC has gone out 3 separate times this summer and each time it takes longer to fix. I have 0 faith that it will get fixed this time either. Nobody in the office cares because they do not have to try and sleep in a 90 degree apartment. This place is an absolute joke. If I could break my lease early with no penalty I most certainly would. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
