We recently moved into The Vibe, and so far we absolutely love it! The location is great, and the environment is cozy, clean, and welcoming. A special thank you to Mervie, who has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He is very responsible, always responds promptly, and is always willing to help whenever needed. His support made our move-in experience smooth, easy, and stress-free.
I moved in a couple of weeks ago, so far living here has been great. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, clean, and quiet. I live on the 17th Ave side, which I thought would be noisy but it’s not an issue: I rarely hear the train and the road traffic fades into the background and isn’t irritating (I think GSK added extra noise insulation and window glazing when building it to mitigate any noise concerns). Mervie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He made me feel welcome right away and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Moving to a new city is stressful enough, but having someone as helpful and professional as Mervie made a world of difference. He went above and beyond to work with me and ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely cares about his tenants.
My partner and I moved in recently, and so far everything has been great! Mervie, the property manager, has been very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.
