I scheduled an appointment with The Vets and had an awful experience start to finish. The website promised a $135 first visit discount which the provider subsequently did not include. When contacted, customer service acknowledged their mistake and promised it would be resolved shortly, then proceeded to waste my time for months without any refund. Never in my life would I have thought that a company specializing in pet health could be so sleazy, scammy, greedy, and rude. They use scare tactics to sell you services that you don't need. If you cancel an appointment, you will get harassing calls from off-shore reps telling you that your pet could be in danger and that you must reschedule your $200 appointment. I've scheduled two separate visits, one in the morning in mid-July and another one late afternoon in late August. They cancelled both at the very last minute after I had booked a babysitter to help look after my infant during the visit ... and I've never seen anybody so this is how they treated me as a new customer, who's business they're ostensibly trying to win
Dr Singh and her assistant were very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and patient when handling my cat during his wellness exam. My boyfriend and me were very satisfied with the services rendered and the convenance of at home care is a huge plus for us and for our pet as well. We will be staying with The Vets for all future exams and pet care needs.
The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and general quality make The Vets the best veterinarian experience I’ve had so far! A little overpriced but it’s worth it overall. Especially since my dog has difficulties being around other animals.
