There is nothing I could say that would sum up how thankful I am to have found this hospital. The care my pets have received here is unmatched even by other favorite vets. They have saved my dog Camp not once, but twice, and always provide educational insight on every visit, offering supplements as well as medical care and truly considering the “whole” dog versus just the medical aspect of veterinary care. Truly a wonderful clinic with talented, caring vets and vet techs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Words cant even express how thankful I am to have found Dr. Uehlein. I am beyond impressed with her passion for animals and knowledge to care for them. Look no further for a passionate caring facility that will give your furry friend the care they deserve !
Dr Uehlein gave my dog his quality of life back. Severe allergies had not responded to any efforts And then we found Dr Uehlein, whose calm and caring demeanor combined with a different approach soothed Raja and me. Have sung her praises to those I know and will continue to do so. Everyone that we have dealt with at VHD has been pleasant, caring,knowledgeable, and efficient. We will continue to make the journey from Statesville to Davidson because it is so worth it !

Dr Ledain is fantastic. She is the first veterinarian that has actually advised me against giving specific vaccinations to my dog. When the issues with my dog grew beyond the scope of this clinic’s capabilities, she quickly referred me to another outstanding veterinary specialist. She is highly responsive and will not leave at the end of the day without following up with you if necessary. This clinic fully embraces the understanding that pets are important members of our families.
Dr. Carrie Uehlein's compassion paired with her expertise and ability to empathize makes her the best vet I have ever seen. I vet hopped for the first 8 years of my golden retriever girl's life, and from the moment I stepped foot in this place, I knew I had found my girl's vet home forever.
