Having had several dogs over the past 20 years, we have experienced our fair share of “just okay” vets and staff. That being said, I can’t say enough good things about the Vet Hospital of Davidson. We live in Lake Wylie and the drive to Davidson is well worth it! Our 11.5 year old lab has had a much better quality of life the past year thanks to this practice’s care and recommendations. Dr. Carrie Uehlein is fantastic. Highly recommend.
My large border collie went for his first appointment here this morning and I was very impressed! Everyone was professional, yet patient and kind... the vet was so thorough and took time to really figure out what was best for him regarding managing his hip dysplasia and patellar luxation. She also took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and answer every question I had. The entire staff was so friendly and caring for my Dolly during her visit today. I appreciate their extra time and attention to addressing all of my questions and coming up with a comprehensive plan for her. And Dr Kerns is the best! Dolly adores her and runs right to her. Thank you ladies for loving my girl like she was yours.
I have never heard anything bad
Four years and four vets who diagnosed my 5 year old Mini Aussie with "allergies." Lots of time and money spent from March to October and a miserable summer every year with feet that never cleared up completely. I finally decided to bring him to The Veterinary Hospital of Davidson and for the first time in 4 years, my Aussie had a wonderful summer without itchy furless feet! The physicians and every staff member here are excellent, in every situation, always. I cannot day enough good things about this practice and how they treat their patients and the “family members” as well. Our pets past and present have been treated with love, care and dignity in all circumstances, as have we. We are so blessed to have the Veterinary Hospital of Davidson as caregivers of our “babies” we love so much!
Having a 1.8 lb MaltiPoo puppy, I wanted only the most experienced, educated and nutritional based Veterinary doctors to care for my new baby boy, Finley. I highly recommend this Veterinary hospital to care for your loving companions.
Our 14 year old Sammy had a checkup last week and a dental cleaning today. He was in excellent hands with Dr. Uehlein and Emily. 💛 The care and concern they give to our pups, Sammy and Lucy, and to our Emmy Lou kitty, is and always has been wonderful. The phone call updates are so helpful and always put us at ease. We have always received wonderful care from all the doctors and staff.
